A little more about me
My coaching practice is committed to having a positive influence on society and to make a meaningful impact through personal and leadership development.
I have benefitted personally and professionally from coaching for more than 12 years, and this inspired me to become a certified coach.
​
As an accredited coach and accredited executive coach I have a particular interest in personal, leadership, small business and career coaching - working with individuals on a one-to-one basis to support their development both personally and professionally.
​
As a member of the Association for Coaching and a director of the South East Coaching Group, I am also committed to ongoing reflective practice, self awareness and personal development as a coach.
​
​I contribute to local, national and international projects and other good causes such as charities, community and voluntary organisations, not-for-profits, social enterprises, non-governmental organisations, university and vocational learning programmes, public sector projects, and public service campaigns.
​

My business and organisation experience:
​
Following my BA (Hons) Business Studies degree, I have more than 18 years extensive background and knowledge in a range of organisational settings, with past practical experience of the private and public sector, from start-ups and small businesses to large multinational groups.
​
I have extensive past experience as a director-level senior international marketing and communications leader. I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, The Marketing Society and alumni of the The Marketing Academy (a prestigious leadership, professional and personal development programme).
​
However, these days I am a trusted AC Accredited Coach and AC Accredited Executive Coach to people, businesses, charities, not-for-profits and social enterprises. One-to-one coaching is about personal and professional development of individuals. As a coach, I won't give advice, tell you what to do, or offer to do it for you. But I will support you to achieve anything you want to achieve.​
